ElectroNeek is an American startup but we work all over the world. We are proud that our team is international, our employees work in 90 cities in 16 countries. For many of our team members, English is the second language. And we support our employees by providing them with free language courses. In any case, everyone has a different accent, and we are not afraid to ask if something is not clear. Please, feel free to ask when you have any questions.
We are saddened that you felt the manager's manner of communication was rude. Our interviewers have a list of questions they'd like to ask. So unfortunately they have to interrupt to guide the talk and cover the most important parts and stay within the timeframe. Just like repeating positive supporting confirmation, which was good intent, we are sorry that this didn't sit well with you. We will definitely take into account your feedback to improve the quality of our work.
Regarding the position's title change - when we get few or irrelevant applications to our job post, we are trying hard to find solutions - vacancy naming correction is one of them. That doesn't influence the budget.
