I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Elder Construction (CO) (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2016

Interview

It was super long! 4 interviews! I get the reason for it but I believe they new they had an answer after the second interview. The first was a one on one, the second a panel, the third with company officers and the 4th was a dinner interview.
