Interviewed with one of the founding partner. It was rather informal - more of a get to know me session. The partner was also candid about remuneration process and the expectation for associates to work long hours.

Asked about whether candidate has experience in cross border matrimonial matters and wider experiences for divorce matters. Also asked about general interests as well as professional goals.
Most of the interview consisted of the interviewer sharing information about the firm and the way they operated.

Tell me about the work you were previously exposed to?
Was interviewed by the partner via a face to face interview. Felt at ease during the interview. Partner asked questions about what my hobbies and areas of interests were and not so much on technical questions.
