Interview Experience Review The interview process was generally well-organized at the beginning, and communication from HR was clear initially. However, there was some inconsistency later in the process. The position was put on hold, and eventually the company decided to move forward with another candidate. While HR mentioned that they might reach out in the future, I did not receive a formal rejection email or final confirmation, which left the process feeling somewhat incomplete. Overall, the experience was okay, but clearer and more transparent communication at the final stage would have made it better. Suggestion for improvement: Providing timely closure to candidates, even with a simple rejection email, would improve the candidate experience.
