I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elateral (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
Job was posted through a recruiter. I applied and the recruiter kept telling me that I was perfect for the position and I was the best of the best. I had four interviews, and after each interview the recruiter asked me to send in my review of the interview. Then recruiter would call me the next day, and say that they were very impressed and they would like to set up another interview. All of their interview were on Skype, and once they connect, they put a sticky over their camera lens so you can't see them. (Nothing to look at anyway!) Very quirky! After the 4th interview, I was told that they decided to go into a different direction, they needed to hire a Director in order to gain some consistency within the U.S. team. Was told that they may call me back in a couple of months. I did accept another offer in the meantime, but never heard back from them just the same.

They did not ask any direct questions. Can you tell us about you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elateral (Denver, CO) in May 2014
Interview
Detailed and involved. with right stakeholders. Asked key questions. Yet laid back. Post offer was a bit rusty, and old school. Need to harness the technical advancements in hiring process, and post process
