Phone interview followed by 2-3 rounds of face to face interviews.
You might have to wait a while for responses then followed by background check and offer negotiations. HR not good at giving responses on time.
You will go through 2-3 rounds of interview involving not only your direct report but other functional leads as well. Overall interview focuses on learning more about yourself and your capabilities.

Applied online on Lilly Careers. Hiring manager reached out for a phone interview/screen. Invite onsite at Greenfield HQ to meet with hiring manager, senior director, peers, and HR in a series of 1:1 interviews, followed by lunch and tour of facilities.

On campus and on site interviews. Received interview through career fair. It was a good experience.
There were two interviews. Questions are related to the marketing position and leadership. Overall interview experience was very friendly and welcoming.
