Very easy, simple questions. Why do you want to work here?. A scenario questions and questions about yourself. The guy who interviewed me was super nice and understanding, got called in to do a second interview that same week!

Why do you want to work here? What would you do in a situation where a customer (XYZ) and how would you go about the situation?
The manager asked me what I know about customer service, food handling, and the restaurant business. Then asked me to talk about why I should be hired. They seemed like nice people.

It was quick and simple. It was basically do I have the passion to work or am I a slacker. It was very nice and the interviewer was very polite. They made me feel welcomed

Very quick and concise. No fluff involved she got straight to the point. Asked me to tell them about myself and all the requirements needed for the job. Then told me to gather all information needed to begin the onboarding process.
