pretty informal, sit you down and ask you questions. Its a high turnover fast food place, so theyll pretty much hire you on the spot. The manager is the one who spoke to me, she sat me down on one of the tables and asked me 1 question, once I answered it she hired me on the spot. I was able to come in and work within 2 weeks. It was a super easy interview mostly because they really needed more people.
The interview was quick and easy, they get straight to the point and ask how you feel about working there and as well as what days you are free to work. After that they explain what the position holds and how you should hold yourself when working.
