Interview
The interviewer was nice, there were basic questions about myself and familiarity with food service and customer service. They explained the importance of an excellent guest experience. The importance of upselling, and asked how comfortable i am with that. I came back the next day to fill out paperwork and i was offered the job. It was an overall easy process.
The interview was quick and easy, they get straight to the point and ask how you feel about working there and as well as what days you are free to work. After that they explain what the position holds and how you should hold yourself when working.

It wasn't much of an interview, because I was hired immediately. The interview was short, about 15 minutes. I was told about the environment working there and when I could begin working.
