Shame on hr people. Cleared the technical rounds .Salary also negotiated. Next day they said we will offer you based on eka salary standard.I agreed. Still they didn't release offer. The lady is unaware that she has to just call a person for interview and remaining effort are put by the panel and the interviewee. Wasting everyone's time and thinking themself smart by saying fancy words. Because of hr's like her company is not able to get good technical guys. Next time again they will call 100 guys and waste the time of their technical panel and the time of interviewee.

first round was a written test where basic java questions like what is polymophism and some puzzles were given to solve. Next was a technical round where i was asked about core java questions on collections, multithreding, hashing etc.
