It started with a call with a recruiter, which was good, then a scheduled Zoom interview with a manager and director. Interviewers seemed to be slightly out of sync with one another, but the interview overall was decent - not stellar - but decent. They offered me a position two tiers lower and half of my requested salary. I turned it down, of course. I probably wouldn’t consider applying with them again.
