Recruiter takes days or weeks to respond to messages. Eventually just stopped answering. They did send me an outline of what would have been in terms of process and it was very rigorous. IQ tests, culture tests, coding tests. You must really want to work there to put yourself through weeks of work in addition to your current job and I just realized that I don’t.

I bounced early but they would have tested my IQ, my personality and my coding skills.
Starting with a intro call with a TA.
Followed by a technical test done in my own pace at home.
Technical interview based on test.
Culture interview as a last step.

Take home coding test, with pair programming once done. Also involved culture fit interview along with one with VP of engineering where you get an overview of the company mission.
