Ein Cap interview questions

I interviewed with Felix Komrash and Russell Nafti and Russell is so detailed and long winded that this process of talking took an hour and a half. We agreed for me to come in and do my thing so I did and saved a Ukranian Call center with 5 jobs. They had hired three different managers in the Ukraine and I managed to keep it up and running another three months but to interview with them was a thorn you can't reach. Felix is easy to talk to and a great Principal in Fast Capital Partners (The retail arm of EIN Cap)and the reason I decided to take the job with them.
