The first step of the interview was over the phone and conducted by the recruiter. She collected information about my experience and asked specific questions about availability. I was emailed about a follow-up interview that I did on over zoom (not sure if this is usual or due to covid). I was asked questions about school and the type of position that I was most interested in. I was given a case study later that day that I had a week to return. I was then scheduled for a follow up interview to discuss the case study in person.
