Initially HR contacted through linkedin and provide details about the requirement. After submitting my profile, HR provided information about interview process.
There were total 4 rounds
1) Hiring Manager
2) Enablement manager (Client Partner)
3) Technical
4) HR
My first 2 rounds were cleared. In technical round, I wasn't asked single technical question. It was just normal discussion about my experience.
Then I received feedback that I wasn't selected further.
Their JD mentioned that they were looking for technical person with SuccessFactors Integration background. My experience was only in SAP Cloud Platform Integration and I am SAP certified consultant.
During technical interview, I found out that they were looking for SuccessFactors Functional consultant.
No where in my resume I had mentioned that I am functional consultant. Nor Hiring manager or Client partner mentioned that they were looking for functional consultant since my first 2 rounds were clear.
It was waste of time.
At first place my resume should never be shortlisted if requirement is for functional consultant since I have 10 years of technical experience.
Please don't hope much until you get offer from them since to me look they looked confused about their requirement.
All interviews were pure professional. Only things I didn't like was they didn't mentioned that they are looking for functional consultant else I wouldn't have even applied.
