Doable with confidence. It was easy to handle. 3 rounds were there. 1st was personal interview with manager and consultant. 2nd was to prepare and present a ppt. 3rd was interview with director
It was a multiple-stage process that involved an essay letter on a theme to choose from, a resume, an online interview with a machine, logic tests, and then face-to-face with one recruiter and one current student. Both recruiter and student were nice, it is possible to do the whole thing online or to go to the campus for the face to face interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You oversee a game-conference and need to organize the queueing system as they might need to wait 1/2H, what do you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ehl (Stockport, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
The whole interview experience was very poor. They organised all interviews via text with loads of poor grammar which wasn’t very professional. They organised a phone interview which they never answered and then text later in the day saying they were busy and could we do it another time. They then decided I could come for a face to face interview instead. They told me to text them when I arrived and they would send someone out. They didn’t come and let me in at the organised time once I had arrived and text. I ended up trying to ring which was also unanswered. After 10 minutes they eventually text me and said they’d send someone. They took me in for my interview and the building was old and grubby. The interviewer seemed very old fashioned with outdated views. It then because obvious that the job wasn’t as advertised and was actually mainly cold calling. The interview was very brief. I ended up contacting them shortly afterwards to express that I was no longer interested.

Question 1
Do you mind cold calling businesses to try to sell them our products? Do you mind ringing our clients to tell them we can’t fulfil their orders?
