Egan Company interview questions

First there was a computer-based test looking at personality features, grammar, and maybe a few technical questions. After that the interview with the supervisor and manager began. It was fairly easy - we basically had a conversation to determine whether I was qualified and whether the company/position would be a good fit for me.

I initially went through a 15min. phone screen. Two weeks later they offered me an on-site interview. During the on-site interview I had a one-hour meeting with the VP of Engineering.
