Effia Technologies Dot NET Developer interview questions

There were one coding round and one face to face technical interview.Coding round had normal data updates to sql using ado.net.In f2f interview they asked very common oops concept. Dint like overall behavior at lunch time when everybody went to have their lunch i was coding.No one was around to clear any doubt nor anyone bothered to ask if I would also like to go out and have lunch. Anyway at the end of the day i was told that i have cleared the interview. Then next day when discussing the salary they said that although i gave interview as a 2 year experience candidate but they will be considering me as a one year experienced according to my coding level.So i denied the offer as i felt it should had been either yes or no inspite of assessing my coding standard as 1,2 or 3 year.
