Interview
The interview process was quick and the HR recruiter for this position was very responsive and communicated well. After the initial phone screening, I had an interview with the Financial Advisor, which lasted around 30 minutes. It was conducted by WebEx ( because of covid) and was very causal.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
