Very thorough and professional. Met with the branch advisor and had an hour interview that was interesting and a good way to see the work environment. Had a phone interview that was also about an hour and was challenging in the questions, but again interesting and informative.

Question 1
Describe a time when you worked with a difficult person or situation and how you handled it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
