Interview
I applied online through the company website. A hiring manager emailed me about my resume and set up a phone interview. The phone interview with both questions about experience and situational questions. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was told that I will be moving to the next round and they then did a background check. After that there was an invitation for an in person interview with a financial advisor.

Tell me about a time that you had to come up with a solution in a difficult situation
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
