First a brief informational phone interview – not very stressful. They mostly talked about the company and asked general questions as to why I was interested in Edward Jones and how this particular job fit into my major and career path.
They called me about a week later saying I made it to the second round and had me come in for an interview at the HQ. This was about an hour long interview with the head of the Tax Service and a recruiter. Brief introduction on themselves, the company, asked me to walk them through my resume, and did behavioral questions using the STAR method.
