Applied on college career website and had in person interview, then they have a phone round and extend offers. There is about 2 weeks between first interview and second round, but then over a month and a half until they extend offers.

Interview
Went over resume and asked a lot of questions about the stock market and bond market. Also there were questions about relevant news articles in the last couple weeks. There was also a lot of behavioral questions on how to handle situations in the business world. It was a phone interview and there was two people from HR interviewing.
