Interview
Very tedious-complete and total background check. They need to know every job that I have held and the reason I left. If I was let go from the company they ask me and the company why. Prepare for a complete background check-do not hide anything because they will ask you.

Question 1
The questions they ask in the interviews are meant to be complicated, so be prepared. They rephrase questions and want every answer in detail, they want specific examples.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
