The first interview was a phone interview. It lasted 30-45 minutes. The entire interview consisted of behavioral, situational questions. The questions that the recruiter asked did not seem tailored to the position or the application that I submitted. The recruiter also gave me more information about the job position and the next steps in the interview process.
