Very simple, phone interview. The supervisor wanted to get to know you and to feel confident that you were interested in working at the hospital. She asked you about to describe yourself and why you wanted to volunteer here.

Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth. I submitted my application and within 2 weeks, I was able to secure an interview within 2 days. The interviewer who was the volunteer coordinator was extremely friendly.
