It was during the last stages of the hiring process, so my interview process was rather brief. I had one phone call to see if I was qualified, then an "in person" interview over facetime as the actual interview.

There was only one round since it was a full-time job during the summertime only, like 2 months. The Phone interview was all about past experiences and future situation solutions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edventure More in May 2019
Interview
First filled out an initial application, then moved on to the first interview which consisted of answering some questions and making a video, and finally interviewed over a Zoom call with the camp director who was very nice and made the interview very comfortable. The call was about an hour long and the camp director offered me a position on the spot and said I could have two days to think about it.
