it was simple and everyone was very friendly. the interview was not one on one but in a group setting at a school. we all brought in our legal docs and filled out paperwork. we then were told to go and get fingerprints so that we could begin working.
The interview process included an initial application review, followed by a panel interview with structured questions. Candidates discussed experience, problem solving, and role knowledge, with time for questions and clarification.
It was a great Experience. It went smoothly and was super easy. Nothing to worry about, just introduce yourself and go from there. I can’t begin to explain how easy it is.
There was no interview. Just sign up, join the workshop, and turn in all required documents. The process is quick. It took about 2 weeks for me to get through the process and into the system.
