met briefly at career fair. was sent an email some weeks later asking us to return a PDF of responses. on the PDF are two notable questions: birthdate (see Title VII and ADEA) and 'What outside-of-class activity has influenced you the most? Why?'
weeks later receive a link for online evaluation of skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
got invited for on site. group interview on a simple technical question. they record you during this time. then you go meet with different employees for different reasons (skill eval, personality, life..., make you busy)
interesting tidbits: many employees come from christian colleges and probably used to hire exclusively from christian colleges. but because of need to fulfill growth, they are having to expand.
interesting tidbit 2: offered pay was $14/hr when this was written
interesting tidbit 3: they look for sophomores and expect you to work for them and convert to fulltime
