first two rounds were telephonic and are technical rounds. Most of the questions cover asp.net and then java. Last round is HR round. You can't expect on what basis they recruit the candidates as far as my opinion is concerned they recruit average students without proper skills cz a skilled guy can leave the company at any time as there is no bond.
