I was interviewed by a staffing consultant and then interviewed by the feisty assistant director. She was pretty snobby and did not hire me because I taught 4 year olds instead of 2-3 year olds,as if there's a huge difference!!! I was overly qualified and didn't even receive an email after I thanked her for having me. UNPROFESSIONAL!

It was a pretty long interview process... (2hrs) This consists of questions ,then a live observation of another teacher is conducted. I sent in a letter of thanks and still didn't get a reply back or a job offer for that matter. UNPROFESSIONAL!
