La entrevista consto de 2 partes, una con Recursos Humanos y otra con el Gerente de area, pregutnas sobre puestos anteriores y experiencia en el puesto a desarrollar, todos amables

During the interview, the interviewer and team shared their concerns with the department and company as a whole including the high turnover and lack of support from the headquarters. It does seem that everyone is in a hurry to leave the company for another job. There seems to be a lot of instability in the workforce at both the plant and staff levels.
