Edmonton Public Schools interview questions

Invited for an in person 45 min interview followed by a 1 hr written assignment. Learned in the interview that the ‘evaluation’ portion of the role was new and they weren’t sure how to approach it. Surprise! The written assignment was asking how to evaluate… I don’t work for free but I spent the hour considering it. The Interviewers behaved like robots. They had me there for well over 2 hrs looking for free work and then ghosted me. Classy.
