Edlund interview questions

Had an interview for this position that was described as a screener interview but lasted over an hour. The interviewer was fine but essentially wanted a single designer to be able to do everything from video production, web ad design, print design, social media, motion graphics, and website design. Essentially a one person design firm, Despite that I still had some interest. That was until their HR department reached out wanting me to take a 90-Minute personality and aptitude test and perform a Design Test that involved designing a specialty logo for the company, creating a social media graphic, and writing sample copy for an event. Asking a potential candidate for 6-10 hours of work just to continue the interview process is ridiculous. Not to mention taking some algorithmic personality test to base your hiring on.
