They asked about my experience in accommodation, How I handled difficult situations with customers, and what security / facilities experience I had. The interview questions were fair enough, but the interview panel gave me nothing back and it didn't feel like a two-way dialogue. They didn't ask me to expand on anything and were quite flat.
