It was very weird. 2 interviews and group j tércieles at that. They said is a fundraising job but is you classical marketing commission based job Second interview they were very forward. I did not put much effort or interest and still got an offer it was weird

Hello reviewer, you have mistaken our company for another. Edifice is a federal contracted construction company and does not conduct fundraising events, nor do we operate out of Falls Church, VA. Additionally, we have not conducted any recruitment activities since April, 2022.

Through an agent on the phone then in person interview. Interviewed with HR, COO and CEO. Very quick to begin and quick to end. Very formal but has a lot to do with fear of the CEO.
