Interview process is standard. First had a phone interview with the manager from Seattle. Then was invited for an on-site job interview. Was given questions on standard Java libraries, classloaders, Java Servlets and Tomcat. Shortly after was offered the position.

It was worst, firstly there is a average level interview and in interview they asked about the SQL. Then the second interview was worst he go in other field and repeatedly asked about that field. The position was for software developer and he asked about the financial.
