After 3 technical rounds, I was approved for a 4th and final round. Suddenly the HR tells me they can't hire remotely from Canada. Well then why did you interview me in the first place? Why did you continue to approve me for subsequent rounds and waste my time? The people I interviewed with were delightful, but the HR rep made this is an awful experience. Unprofessional and uncaring people that don't respect people's time are the bane of this job market.
