2 rounds of interviews. First interview was over zoom with the COO. It was pleasant enough.
After the interview, they provided a case study with a 2 week due date and very little instruction. I spent nearly 30 hours on my case study, and was told that it was one of the better ones.
The third interview was nearly 6 hours long, on site, and involved meeting with each partner individually. Each person asked the same 10 or so questions.
I never received so much as an email letting me know that I hadn't been selected for the job. This complete lack of professional courtesy left me disgusted and unwilling to consider employment with Edgehill in the future.
