Interview
Facilitated through HR, then two interviews. One with Program Manager and another with company president. Program Manager was person who led the interview and he was also the hiring manager. He was friendly and interview was conversational. Interview took about 2hrs.
I had a lot of questions to ask and we went over my previous work experiences, where I saw myself in the future, if I would stay in the D.C. area.

This was a straightforward process. 1. HR phone screen, 2. hiring team phone interview, 3. hiring team Teams interview. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions.

Interview
I wrote a customized cover letter, emailed it directly to HR, received a phone call and two interviews within a week. Offer within 2 hours of the final interview. First interview was a casual HR interview with some standard questions, making sure I understood the role. Second was a interview with the 2 department leads. Everyone was very friendly.
