several steps for evaluation, iq tests,language test as well as soft skills evaluation and technical evaluation ,it was long but quite professional, managed to get through HR and technical evaluation
General background questions followed by interview questions based on performance. Multiple rounds of employees brought in from different levels to assess your talent and what you could provide for the company.

Interview
One phone interview with HR then one with DM in person and one with regional leader via phone. Pretty quick and simple. They ask about yourself, goals and accomplishments and where you want to be in the future.
