Step 1.) Screened via phonecall by a current HR employee at EcoTarium. Step 2.) First interview via virtual meeting (have video and audio ready) 2 current leading EcoTarium staff as the interviewers. Step 3.) In-person second interview at the establishment "meet and greet" feel. Asking situational/behavioral questions whilst walking through the workplace to get the pulse. Lots of phone calls, lots of emails, overall process post-pandemic took just about 6 to 8 weeks. Very long screening/interview process. Be prepared to have HR be your best friend.
