Standard process, one to two interviews and get an opportunity to meet the team which is a plus to see the company culture. They are located in a nice building and area not too far from a lot of places (easy to walk).

Interview
Pretty standard, initial phone interview followed by an in-office interview. I received an official offer for the position via phone & email only to be ignored when I asked a few follow up questions. They waited a few days until right after the offer expired to let me know they had already filled the position (so they sent multiple offers for the same position and took whoever answered first - if someone had better experience, why even bother getting my hopes up with an offer). Definitely disrespected my time - beware if you are offered a position that it may not work out.

Interview
I interviewed with multiple people in the company. First over the phone, second over the phone with another person, and third in person. I met with all of the staff and they asked me questions on skills / goals.
