      Experience Guide Interview

      15 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Roseville, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at EchoPark Automotive (Roseville, CA)

      Interview

Interview was professional and honest. Asked about ability to work in a fast-paced environment which i though was odd for a dealership interview. Try to prepare you for the hustle and grind without hiding anything.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you think you are a better hire than someone with more experience?

      Interview

3 panel interview with a sales manager, head of finance and General Manager. Went over my experience and how it relates to what I'd be doing at that job. Most of the questions came from the sales manager and head of finance. The GM just listened in

      Interview

First you get a phone call and they promise heaven. First job interview where they sell you the company more than evaluate you instead. They say you’ll get base + commissions... THAT’S NOT TRUE!!! Is guaranteed or commissions, whichever’s higher. You’ll find out the truth in your first week of training when it’s too late HA HA HA!!! You go to an interview in person and they ask if you can follow process and if you are all about guest experience. BTW, they are not. Process changes every week and our experience is excruciating.
