3 panel interview with a sales manager, head of finance and General Manager. Went over my experience and how it relates to what I'd be doing at that job. Most of the questions came from the sales manager and head of finance. The GM just listened in

Interview
First you get a phone call and they promise heaven. First job interview where they sell you the company more than evaluate you instead. They say you’ll get base + commissions... THAT’S NOT TRUE!!! Is guaranteed or commissions, whichever’s higher. You’ll find out the truth in your first week of training when it’s too late HA HA HA!!! You go to an interview in person and they ask if you can follow process and if you are all about guest experience. BTW, they are not. Process changes every week and our experience is excruciating.
