It was a brief test and a few questions related to the job. The test was not so hard, mostly on problem solving skills, EQ test. Interview with HR was to confirm I was able to work flexible time as needed.

Two days after leaving my old job. The company rang me for an opportunity to work for them. I don't know where they got my details from because I did not apply for the job. I just had a basic telephone call and the a face to face interview. Got the job after the interview.

- Sat in waiting area with other interviewees
- Had 1:1 interview with HR person - asked general questions and about skills, previous employment, why I left each previous job, how many hours I wanted to do
