Interview
The interview process includes three steps: first, an HR interview; second, a technical interview to test my skills; and finally, an interview with the manager to discuss the role and team fit.

Question 1
They asked me how to perform basic CRUD operations in ASP.NET C# and how to manage data binding and state in a simple web app.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Echo Technology (Amman) in Feb 2024
Interview
They contacted me and got back to me after a month. And after doing the interview they did not get back to me at all which is something not professional.
The interview was totally about how much you memorize, just review the SOLID principles and you can pass easily. For a Leading Position, you need more than that, you need people skills, management skills, and so on. And most of their work is for the public sector with ancient technology so don't expect to learn anything new.
