I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Echo Business Solutions (Charleston, SC)
Interview
Very informal, after one phone interview I went into the office 2 weeks later for an in person. They were interviewing a lot that day. I had a nice guy who started a few months before the interview take me outside the office and perform the interview at Panera, which was weird, but wasn't uncomfortable. Asked me a few pretty basic questions then described Echo's environment and then went back into the office and met with the main lady, Jane who asked me the same sort of questions. The weird part was in between interviews, I was handed a sheet to fill out that was basically a quiz of the interview I had just had.

Interview
Great interview process. They let the employees do most of the second round interviews to get a feel for how they will do it once they get to that point in management positions. The interview didn't take super long either, they give you lots of information about the business and ask you to take notes while you're in the interview about the different levels you move through while you work there
