Echelon interview questions

Extremely casual. The office is pretty basic but the process was quick and the decision was made on the spot. Good experience during the interview. Do not over dress. The company is very relaxed and you might see a ruffled t shirt or two.

Interview process and hiring process consisted of three phone interviews as well as a personal face-to-face interview on two separate occasions. It was extremely professional. I’m thankful that I came across this opportunity because it gave me the ability to leverage my sales and marketing skills in an environment where I could grow.
