The interview process at Enpal had two steps. The first interview was with a friendly associate, creating a strong start-up vibe. It included a small brainteaser/case study, which went well.
The second interview was less pleasant. Despite HR assuring me twice that there wouldn’t be another case study, the venture developers I met with unexpectedly introduced a complex case study on the spot. They were tense and ended the meeting abruptly, saying they had to move on to the next one. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Suspicious company.
