1st round pretty relaxed got to learn more about the company and what they do with a few motivational questions thrown in
2nd round: by the head of the trading desk. standard interview questions came across quite friendly and relaxed
altogether a fair interview process. the process took about two weeks

two rounds interview, hr and then team. didnt go to the third round of interview, but usually there is a third and fourth round of interviews. After the team interview they told me i would meet with a senior and then final decision
Received interview invite the day after application, it was quick call with the HR, get to know you and why you want to work with the company. They want to know how you handle rejections and cold calling.
